How do I transfer a domain to Co22?
Email info@co22.uk with the domain name and your full contact details. We only accept transfers from customers already contracted to Co22, and someone will be in touch within 3 working days with next steps.
What happens when my domain is about to expire?
Nothing, if you’re happy to keep it. We renew automatically one day before expiry. If you don’t want to renew, just let us know at least 14 days beforehand.
What if a registration fails?
You’re refunded in full within 28 days. Co22 imposes no termination charges either way.
I want to report abuse on a domain, who do I contact?
Email abuse@co22.uk with as much detail as you can give us, and we’ll investigate as soon as possible.
