How to contact us

Please contact us using one of the methods outlined in the footer of all pages on this website. We aim to respond to your contact within 3 business days and aim to resolve any issues you have within 10 business days.

To register a domain name

You can register a domain via the CO22 Storefront.

To transfer a domain name

We will only accept domain name transfers if you are contracted to CO22. In order to do this please send an email to with details of the domain name you wish to transfer in. Please supply full contact details. A member of our team will aim to make contact with you within 3 working days with further instructions.

Reporting abuse and complaints

If you wish to raise a complaint about abuse you have received (for example phishing scams, spam emails etc), please contact us at or using the contact us methods below with as much detail about the abuse. We will investigate your complaint as soon as possible.

If you wish to make a complaint about a service you have received, please submit an email to us at including as much detail from the issue you have. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve any issues within 5 business days.

If you're not happy with the initial outcome of your complaint, then you are able to escalate your issue to Nominet (the .uk registry) here

When registering a domain name with us you agree also to Nominet's domain name registration Terms and Conditions:

Domain name charges and other information

Charges relating to domain name registration are shown during the checkout process.

Registrations are made initially for a minimum of a 2 year term.

Payment will be deducted automatically from your remuneration account on an annual basis.

If a domain name cannot be registered you will be fully refunded within 28 days.

CO22 Ltd imposes no termination charges.

Renewing domain names

All domains are renewed on an annual basis automatically if the adviser is still within contract with CO22 Ltd, invoices raised can be viewed within your control panel at Please make sure your contact details are kept up to date at all times. CO22 Ltd takes no responsibility if your domain renewal fails due to your contact details being incorrect.

If you do not wish to renew a domain please make sure you contact us a minimum of 14 days before your anniversary by emailing us at

All domains will be auto renewed 1 day in advance of the domain name expiring.

Expiring domain names

Whilst contracted to CO22 Ltd we will automatically renew your domain name. It will not expire unless you inform us prior to the renewal date that you no longer require it.

In renewing a domain(s) you are agreeing to the registrars and the registries terms and conditions.


We are committed to ensuring our customers receive a high standard of service. In the unlikely event you are not happy with our service we will endeavour to correct the problem quickly.

If you have a complaint about any aspect of our service, then we would like to hear from you via our support ticket system so we can attempt to rectify the issue.

If the agent helping you is not able to assist please ask for your ticket to be escalated. Our aim is to respond to all escalated complaints within 1 business day.
